Surrounded by a garden with decorative arts, a Monarch Butterfly Garden with restricted access and over 4 acres of riparian habitat along Soquel Creek. As part of the riparian habitat, there is a pedestrian bike bridge on the Property providing a recreational opportunity for the guests. The beach resort of Capitola is a walking and biking town and this site is directly on the established path. |
