The site consists of almost 6 mostly wooded acres, including 4.5 acres of riparian forest in a creek setting just feet away from the ocean. Located behind the privacy of the Rispin Gate is the Great Lawn and garden. The Great Lawn is approximately 150’ long by 50’ wide which is more than enough space for special events. It is part of the Historic Garden that is anchored on the west end by the reflective pool and fountain with the balustrade leading to the Rispin Hotel and Conservatory on the east end. The Conservatory has floor to ceiling glass enclosed, and has a full catering kitchen and meeting space.

In addition to the meeting space in the Conservatory and Great Lawn area, the Rispin has meeting space in the historic hotel. This meeting space can service private dinners, special events and board-room style retreats.

Catering is provided by the Rispin’s Chef and staff. The beautiful grounds, along with the food provided by our Michelin rated Chef, will most certainly create an event that no one will forget.
